Whether you need assistance with your mental health maintenance or are seeking new ways of framing  ‘normal’ questions, Transpersonal Art Therapy can help.  NDIS funding can be used.

Offering art classes for groups or individuals.  Participants on the NDIS fully covered (National Disability Insurance Scheme).  

Individualised to the ability and interest of the participant.

Foster team building and  strong mental resilience, 

encourage new ways of seeing, self awareness and the ability to be reflective, reduce overwhelm and stress, promote goal setting, creativity and problem solving.  Access transpersonal resources. 

For the general public, organised groups and NDIS Various mediums including Oil paint, chalk pastel, water colours, acrylic pouring, jewellery making and air dry clay.  

For groups of teens, adults, children or a mixed group, art expression workshops will help individuals to: 

​Process difficult thoughts and feelings; Catharsis process: providing relief from strong or repressed emotions, Connectiveness: Social interaction and social support; interacting in positive helpful ways, Universality: reducing isolation, Instilling hope through a supportive group; sharing experiences and problem solving, Encourage new ways of seeing, Gain purpose and meaning, Self awareness and the ability to be reflective, Altruism: giving help as well as receiving it, Reduce overwhelm and stress, Promote goal setting and creativity, Access transpersonal resources: realise strengths and values .

Have fun and learn techniques through exploration. 

When words can not be found play as therapy.  It is all about relationship. Catering to the interests and abilities of each child, whether it's art, music, nature play, drama or other interests that emerge.
